Processing line for leafy products

Processing line for leafy products

Binder plans and builds entire processing lines for medicinal herbs and vegetables such as e.g. parsley, dill, chervil, coriander, celery, peppermint or spinach.

Throughput capacity up to 3000 kg/h.
The harvested raw product is evenly fed to the Binder cutting machine via a dosing hopper. The leaf sorting machine separates the undesirable stalks from the leaves. If required a washing machine can be installed downstream with subsequent mechanical surface drying.
The products can then be dried or otherwise preserved.

Processing line for leafy products (after drying)

Directly after the drying process, leafy products such as parsley, for example, are processed by the ravel, separating and sieving plant.
This substantially increases the quality of the leafy products.
The end goods are fractions of the product which can be selected from powder over stalks through to various leaf sizes.
Other machines such as e.g. a trieur grader or metal detector can be installed downstream to the processing line.
The high-quality finished product is packaged in large containers such as sacks or boxes, if required with PE liners.

Application and combination options of our machines are tailored to suit your requirements.
