Blanching devices
Binder belt blanching devices are used in industrial production environments for the blanching of various types of vegetables. Steam or hot water is used as the blanching medium.
    
The blanching device is divided into three zones: Heating up, blanching and cooling. The dwelling time of the product in the blanching zone is infinitely adjustable. The steam is evenly distributed in the product space by means of nozzle bars.

The heated cooling water is filtered and fed to the heating up zone to save thermal energy. Raw goods are heated up before reaching the actual blanching zone. To obtain perfect goods, the raw product runs through three treatment phases:

charging of the system with the product takes place via a distribution unit obtainable from Binder, such as a swivelling belt or distribution chute.

All parts coming into contact with the product are made of rustproof stainless steel. Binder belt blanching devices are characterised by a solid construction for continuous operation and good accessibility for cleaning and maintenance.
