Gentle drying, low space requirement with a relative large drying area and frequent product change are the special features of the BINDER tower tray dryer.

The tray dryer consists of a drying chamber with an integrated tray elevator and heating system. The air conditioning system, consisting of supply air and exhaust air ventilator and optionally a steam or thermal oil heating system, can also be equipped with a heat recovery system for the reduction of the energy consumption.

In front of the dryer there is an elevator for the vertical lifting and lowering of the trays. The electrical drive of the tray elevator enables the exact approach of the desired parking positions for the charging and discharging of the dryer.

The entire process is supported by the use of modern electronics. All parameters of the successive work steps and process-related values can be stored using a PLC controller.
