The dehydration by means of a contact belt dryer excels by a continuous and economical drying procedure for a wide range of products.
With this unit product consistencies can be processed which can otherwise only be dried with enormous difficulties or not at all when other drying processes are being applied. Among these are powdery, sticky, lumpy and highly viscous products as well as products with a sensitive structure which must not or may not undergo any mechanical stress before and during the drying process.

Construction:
The drying system is built up modularly and consists of following basic elements:
Product charge module
Consisting of a solid, welded steel frame construction, bearings on return drums, as well as product charging table supporting the PTFE-belt and surveillance of belt operation and controller.
Drying zone
Standardised construction in modular design. The drying respectively cooling modules consist of a solid, welded steel frame and the completely insulated drying chamber with the contact plates. For cleaning and maintenance purposes there are flap doors at the lateral part of the drying chamber.
