Microwave-Vacuum-Dryer
Microwave-Vacuum-Dryer
Whether in continuous or batch operation, atmospheric or vacuum: Binder supplies the right microwave dryer for your application.

Particular advantages of microwave technology are volumetric drying or heating and immediately regulation capability. The energetic conversion of the microwaves into heat takes place directly in the product. The resulting steam pressure ensures rapid and direct outlet of the water from the product. This enables fully new product qualities and applications in man y industrial fields.

Extremely product-friendly, gentle drying is made possible when microwave and vacuum are used simultaneously, causing a reduced boiling point of the medium to be evaporated.

For this, Binder provides the microwave vacuum processor (MIVAP™). This system is mainly applied in the food industry.
MIVAP - Versuchsanlage Micowave-Vacuum-Processor (MIVAP)

In April 2009 Binder has signed a strategic cooperative marketing agreement with EnWave Corporation (www.EnWave.net), situated in Vancouver/Canada. The Agreement creates a reciprocal, non-exclusive sales and marketing arrangement for EnWave’s nutraREV™ food dehydration technology by Hans Binder in Western Europe, and for Hans Binder’s MIVAP™ food dehydration technology by EnWave in North America.

Also EnWave is a pioneer in the development of the microwave-vacuum-technology and has developed and industrially tested a continuous working microwave vacuum system working with rotating baskets which will complete Binder’s delivery opportunities.
