Leafy vegetable cutting machine

The Binder leafy vegetable cutting machine is available in various designs. It is characterised by its robust construction, the infinitely adjustable cut and excellent throughput capacity. This machine is used with Binder accessories for chopping fresh goods such as parsley, spinach, dill, chervil etc. after picking.
 
With a throughput capacity of up to 3 t/h the cutting machines are frequently used in processing lines. Binder supplies the corresponding charging and discharging machines.

Strip cutting machine

Binder has developed a strip cutting machine with a high throughput capacity especially for Spanish pepper. It is conceived as a single or changeable cutting station for use in a continuous processing line. With an interruption reduced to the minimum possible time, the complete cutting unit can be replaced and serviced.
Depending on the cut and the product, throughput capacities of up to 4 t/h are possible.

Slicing machine
